CoMotion sells a weekday Day Pass at CAD 30 plus HST, pre-booked online for a specific day slot; its podcast and photography studios also book by the day.
Monthly plans
The Ottawa Street Hub starts at CAD 110 a month for weekday 9:00 to 17:00 access (sold out at last check), CAD 149 a month for 24/7 access, and CAD 299 a month for its top tier. CoMotion's All-Access Pass runs from CAD 200 a month on an annual term or CAD 250 month-to-month, and its Dedicated Desk from CAD 299 annually or CAD 344 monthly.
Fees and deposits
CoMotion adds a one-time CAD 25 keyfob fee to every plan, requires a one-month security deposit on dedicated desks and offices, and asks for 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual-term plans cannot be cancelled before the initial term ends.
