BestCoworkings ("we") runs a public directory of coworking spaces. This page explains what data we collect and why.
What we collect
Account email. If you sign in, we store your email address to send you a sign-in link. We don't use passwords.
Listing and claim information. If you submit or claim a venue, we store what you send us: venue details, your name, and your work contact details.
Booking requests. If you send an enquiry, we store your name, email, optional phone, requested date/time, group size and message, and send them to the selected space so it can reply directly. A request is not a reservation.
Reports and corrections. What you send through "Report a problem" or "Suggest a correction".
Basic usage data. Pages visited and approximate location (country level), used to understand which pages are useful.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers. We don't email you marketing. Sign-in links are available. Enquiry emails are available for spaces with confirmed contact details. Claim-review messages remain handled manually.
Who processes the data
The site runs on Supabase (database and sign-in), our hosting provider, and email delivery services when enabled. Venue contact details shown on listings are public business information published by the venues themselves.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal data at any time: support@bestcoworkings.com. Venue owners can edit or remove their listing from their account.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page with a new effective date.
