Where to cowork in Vancouver: Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant and Venables Street

Suite Genius: choose the actual city location

Suite Genius lists Kitsilano at 1965 West 4th Avenue, number 202, and Mount Pleasant at 225 West 8th Avenue, number 300. It also has Lonsdale at 120 Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver. Lonsdale is a separate municipality and should not be described as an interchangeable downtown Vancouver address. Decide which side of the trip you need before comparing the network membership.

Part-time or permanent setup

Suite Genius' Casual plans are weekday products, 9:00 to 17:00, with a set number of days each month. The Regular plan has optional paid 24/7 access, while the Permanent plan includes it and reserves a desk. If your work requires a fixed monitor setup, a permanent desk is a different product from rotating through common seating.

Werklab on Venables Street

Werklab publishes its address as 290-1275 Venables Street. It offers hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices and a day pass, and says day passes must be booked ahead before coming into the workspace. Its five-day hot-desk plan has an 8:00 to 18:00 access window. Do not assume that an available tour, a day pass and an unlimited membership carry the same entry rights.

Calls, teams and arrival

Werklab lists private phone booths and boardrooms or meeting rooms; Suite Genius lists monthly meeting credits by membership. Ask how guests, room reservations and extra time are handled. For a team, also confirm whether the quote is per person or per office. These are published product distinctions, not an inspection of noise, internet performance or desk availability.
