Short passes and day passes: from 50 EGP

Uni sells time by the block: a 3-hour Focus Sprint at 59 EGP, a 6-hour Productivity Boost at 89 EGP and a 12-hour Deep Work Day at 149 EGP. MQR's Melanite branch sells a day pass at 300 EGP. Inspire Workspace prices shared-area passes at 50 EGP for 3 hours, 80 EGP for 6 hours and 100 EGP for a full day, and a private room from 80 EGP for the first hour. Uni's figures come from the operator's network pricing page, so confirm they apply at the 6th of October branch before you pay.

Weekly and monthly: from 999 EGP

Uni's weekly pass costs 999 EGP for 24 flexible hours a week. Its monthly plans are denominated in hours: 1,111 EGP for 69 hours a month, 2,222 EGP for 149 hours over two months, 3,333 EGP for 333 hours over two months, and a monthly premium pass at 3,499 EGP for 24 hours a month. MQR prices memberships at 2,000 EGP for 8 days or 6,750 EGP a month, meeting rooms from 500 EGP an hour and training venues from 850 EGP an hour; private offices are priced on request.

What the headline price leaves out

Hours-based plans make comparison arithmetic real: Uni's 1,111 EGP plan buys 69 hours while its 3,499 EGP premium pass buys 24 hours, so the monthly price alone says little without the hours and inclusions attached. The second gap is product shape - MQR's 2,000 EGP buys 8 days, not hours, so heavy half-day users price differently again. The third is tax: none of the three operators states whether prices include VAT, so ask for the inclusive figure.

Before you pay

Divide each plan's price by its included hours or days before comparing across operators - the cheapest sticker is rarely the cheapest hour. Confirm whether published prices include VAT. If you work fixed full days, a day-based membership can beat an hours plan; if your days vary, the reverse. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
