Coworking costs in Giza: what operators publish, product by product

Hourly and daily: 15 to 75 EGP

Sarai prices its shared space by the hour at 15 EGP, with a full day at 75 EGP. It is the only one of the three Giza operators checked that publishes any price online: MSPACEZ in Mohandessin and Majal in Dokki both require a direct enquiry for their rates.

Monthly: 1,500 EGP for a hot desk

Sarai's monthly membership costs 1,500 EGP and covers a flexible hot desk plus 10 hot drinks a month. A dedicated desk of your own starts from 2,500 EGP a month. Meeting rooms start from 100 EGP an hour.

What the headline price leaves out

The first gap is coverage: two of the three operators publish no prices at all, so any comparison beyond Sarai starts with an email or a call. The second is tax: Sarai does not state whether its prices include VAT, so ask for the inclusive figure before budgeting. The third is schedule fit: Sarai's own page is inconsistent on hours - its membership text promises 12 hours a day seven days a week while its hours table shows Saturday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:00 and Friday 14:00 to 22:00 - and MSPACEZ closes on Fridays and public holidays, so confirm exact access before counting on a day.

Before you pay

Ask MSPACEZ and Majal for current rates for the exact desk type and branch before comparing against Sarai's published figures. Confirm with Sarai whether its prices include VAT. If you work Fridays, rule out spaces that close. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
