Coworking costs in New Cairo: 200 EGP days, 600 EGP roaming passes and 550 EGP desks

The published day rates

MQR at Cairo Business Park on El Nasr, Second New Cairo, sells a daily pass at 200 EGP, the cheapest published day among the spaces checked. Kamelizer Spaces charges 600 EGP for a day pass, but that pass works at any of its four locations - District 5 in New Cairo, Majarrah, The Drive and Somabay - with Wi-Fi, printing, coffee and lounge access included, booked through its app without advance notice.

Regus at W51 Mall lists day coworking from 2,190 EGP per day and day offices from 6,290 EGP per person per day. Those are from-prices on a corporate rate card, so treat them as a floor rather than a typical quote.

Monthly and longer access

MQR prices membership at 1,360 EGP for eight days a month or 4,500 EGP for a full month, which makes the eight-day tier the cheaper route for anyone commuting in twice a week. Kamelizer lists 10-day and 12-day monthly access plans with around-the-clock entry, but the page checked publishes no prices for those bundles, so ask the operator before budgeting.

Regus spreads its longer access across several products: a dedicated coworking desk from 530 EGP per person per day, an office access plan from 230 EGP per person per day, and team offices from 550 EGP per person per day. The per-day framing is Regus's own presentation; the actual commitment is a term agreement, so read the contract length behind each number.

Rooms, offices and addresses

Meeting rooms start from 600 EGP an hour at MQR and from 590 EGP an hour at Regus W51 Mall, nearly identical floors. For offices, MQR starts from 45,000 EGP a month, while Regus quotes its offices per person per day from 550 EGP and a virtual office or business address from 77 EGP per day.

Compare the billing unit before the number

The three operators quote in three different units: MQR per day and per month, Kamelizer per day, and Regus mostly per person per day on annual-style products. A 200 EGP day and a 550 EGP per-person-per-day office are not the same product, and every Regus figure is a from-price that varies with availability and term.
