Where to cowork in Tartu: Mobispace, Sofa Office and the 20 EUR day pass

Mobispace

Mobispace sells a hot-desk day at 20 EUR plus VAT with complimentary coffee and tea, and a standard plan at 285 EUR a month plus VAT for a guaranteed dedicated desk in its open office. Meeting rooms run 20 EUR an hour or 160 EUR a day plus VAT.

Sofa Office

Sofa Office, inside the Aparaaditehas creative complex, rents lockable one-to-two-person cubicles with 24-hour access at 75 EUR a week plus VAT or 250 EUR a month plus VAT, on contracts of up to a year with a week or a month's notice.

Choose your first visit

Mobispace's 20 EUR day is the published drop-in rate in Tartu. For a month, Sofa Office's 250 EUR lockable cubicle undercuts Mobispace's 285 EUR dedicated desk and adds 24-hour access and a door you can lock.

Read the fine print

Both operators quote before VAT, so add the Estonian rate when budgeting. Sofa Office's cubicles suit one or two people rather than a single drop-in user, and its shortest term is a week.
