Start with the trip you will repeat
There is no useful single answer to the best area for everyone in Bengaluru. The city spreads across several disconnected business districts, so start with your home, the people you need to meet and the hours you will travel, then compare exact branch addresses rather than operator brands. This guide uses official location pages from three operators. It does not claim these are the only options in each area.
Whitefield: the eastern IT corridor
The eastern cluster sits around ITPL and the EPIP Zone. 91springboard lists its ITPL, Whitefield hub 450 metres from Garudacharpalya Metro Station on ITPL Main Road. WeWork lists three Whitefield buildings on its page: Survey No. 192, Whitefield Main Road, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura; Ground floor, 28/1, Whitefield Main Road, Dyavasandra Industrial Area; and Tower B, Phase 2, EPIP Zone, Whitefield. If your team or clients sit in the ITPL-EPIP belt, this cluster keeps everything within a short hop.
Outer Ring Road: the central IT belt
Along the Outer Ring Road, 91springboard lists an ORR hub a two-minute walk from Bagmane World Technology Centre and a second hub inside Helios Business Park. IndiQube lists a workspace on Kariyammana Agrahara Road, Outer Ring Road, next to Intel Junction, and describes further ORR workspaces for IT professionals. If your week runs between ORR tech parks, a branch on the ring beats crossing the city.
MG Road and Indiranagar: the central districts
In the centre, 91springboard lists an MG Road hub metres from MG Road metro station and an Indiranagar hub 400 metres from Swami Vivekananda metro station. IndiQube lists workspaces on MG Road and in Indiranagar, including IndiQube Townhub in Indiranagar. If your meetings concentrate in the central business district or you host clients, the centre shortens most trips.
Koramangala and HSR Layout: the startup belt
In the south-east, 91springboard lists its Koramangala hub near the NGV Indoor Stadium, a five-minute walk from Sony Signal. IndiQube lists workspaces in HSR Layout, an area it describes as a start-up hub. If your network sits in the start-up belt, this pair keeps you close to it.
JP Nagar and the south
Further south, 91springboard lists its JP Nagar hub on Bannerghatta Main Road, next to Rainbow Children's Hospital. If you live in south Bengaluru, a southern branch usually beats a prestigious central address.
Check the journey, not just the map
Operator pages name nearby metro stations for several hubs, and BMRCL publishes the official Namma Metro network map. The honest comparison is your door-to-desk journey at your travel hour, computed from your actual origin. Match the branch to the product
