Day passes: from 500 rupees
Crizone publishes a 500-rupee day pass for its Ambattur centre, booked and paid online. COWRKS lists its Chennai day passes at 999 rupees and currently sells them at 649 rupees across three RMZ Millenia Business Park floors in Perungudi and 849 rupees at Sterling Technopolis, with promo code EDP35 shown at checkout. Promo pricing changes, so treat the lower figures as current offers, not list prices.
Multi-day and monthly: 4,199 to 12,000 rupees
Crizone's 10-day flexi pack costs 4,199 rupees - about 420 rupees a day, valid 60 days at either of its centres - with 5- and 20-day packs also offered. Monthly, Ecowrkz publishes hot desks from 5,000 rupees and dedicated desks at 8,000 to 12,000 rupees, while Crizone's dedicated desk costs 6,500 rupees per seat with 24/7 access, a locker and meeting-room credits included.
Meeting rooms: from 300 rupees an hour
Meeting rooms are priced separately at both operators that publish them: Ecowrkz quotes 300 to 1,000 rupees an hour depending on the room, and Crizone charges 500 rupees an hour at Ambattur. COWRKS' Chennai page focuses on day passes, so meeting-room pricing there needs a direct enquiry.
What the headline price leaves out
Tax treatment is the open question everywhere: none of the three operators states whether its Chennai prices include GST, so confirm the tax-inclusive figure before comparing a 500-rupee pass against a 649-rupee one. The second gap is scope: COWRKS' published figures are promo prices off a 999-rupee list, so re-check at checkout. The third is access: Crizone includes 24/7 entry on its dedicated desk and Ecowrkz lists 24-hour opening, while COWRKS does not publish day-pass access hours at all - confirm before planning an early or late day.
Before you pay
Get the GST-inclusive price for the exact product and location in writing - none of the three pages states its tax treatment. If you work three or more days a week, compare Crizone's flexi packs against a monthly desk before assuming daily is cheaper. Ask what meeting-room hours cost on top. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
