Coworking costs in Lucknow: prices, access and plan caveats

Hourly and day rates

OpenCircle in Golf City publishes the only hourly rate in this sample at 99 rupees per hour, with a day pass at 599 rupees. NeoHub in Gomti Nagar starts visitor day passes at 350 rupees with full Wi-Fi and pantry access. Incugus lists its day pass at 400 rupees with Wi-Fi, power backup and tea and coffee, and Cubispace in Jankipuram prices a day pass at 499 rupees. Regus advertises day coworking across its Lucknow centres from 360 to 530 rupees per person per day depending on centre, with day offices from 6,190 rupees.

The monthly tiers

NeoHub's flexible hot desk is the cheapest published monthly seat here at 3,500 rupees a month for any available lounge desk. Incugus prices a dedicated desk at 4,500 rupees a month with storage and meeting-room credits, and private cabin desks at 5,500 rupees in cabins for two to ten people. Cubispace lists a dedicated desk at 5,500 rupees a month and flexible seating at 6,500 per seat, while OpenCircle's monthly flex plan is 7,999 rupees.

For teams, Cubispace publishes whole-suite pricing: a seven-seater at 45,000 rupees a month and a fifteen-seater at 90,000 - about 6,400 and 6,000 rupees a seat respectively, against its 6,500 rupee flexible seat. NeoHub's own FAQ does similar arithmetic: above roughly twelve to fifteen days a month, it says, the 5,500 rupee dedicated desk usually beats paying day passes.

Meeting rooms and extras

Cubispace rents a four-seater meeting room at 499 rupees an hour and four-seater or six-seater discussion rooms at 699 rupees an hour. OpenCircle gives members monthly meeting-room credits and charges non-members 300 to 500 rupees an hour. Regus lists meeting rooms from 1,090 rupees an hour. If your week includes client calls, add the room hours to the desk price before comparing operators.

Read the access and tax lines

Plan names hide different access: NeoHub's 3,500 rupee seat is first-come hot-desking in the open lounge, while Incugus's 4,500 rupee desk is reserved with storage. Walk-ins are possible at NeoHub on quiet days, but the operator asks you to message ahead on WhatsApp for busy Mondays. None of the pages checked states whether GST is included in the listed figures, so ask each operator before comparing two monthly numbers. These are published tariffs, not quotes; confirm the current rate, the tax line and seat availability in writing before paying.
