Andheri East is the densest corridor: Innov8 alone lists eleven centres there and 91springboard lists three hubs. Powai is CoWrks' stronghold with four locations. BKC hosts all three operators. Lower Parel and Worli cover the south-central business belt, and Thane, Ghatkopar and Navi Mumbai extend coverage along the suburban rail lines. Choose the district that sits on your commute first, then pick an operator within it.
Andheri East: the densest corridor
Innov8 lists eleven centres in Andheri East - Solitaire Corporate Park, Boston House, Times Square (two centres), Pan Infotech (three centres), Innov8 House, Ackruti Star, Trade Star and Zion House - describing the area as Mumbai's most active business corridor, home to IT parks and media companies, approximately 3 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and next to the Western Express Highway Metro Station. 91springboard lists three hubs there: Lotus Star, Corporate Avenue and Technopark. CoWrks adds Waterstones. If your work sits anywhere near the airport or the western business belt, this is where the most options concentrate.
Powai and the central suburbs
CoWrks lists four locations in Powai - One Boulevard, Spectra, Winchester and its flagship Powai - all described as Downtown Powai. 91springboard lists Lighthall in Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, plus Vikhroli West and Vikhroli II further along the central line. Innov8 covers Ghatkopar with R City. This corridor suits teams working around Hiranandani and the IIT Bombay side of the city.
BKC and the south-central belt
All three operators hold Bandra Kurla Complex: Innov8 lists Parinee Crescanzo and BKC Naman Chambers, 91springboard lists Bandra Kurla Complex, Kalina II, and CoWrks lists Equinox T3. Further south, Innov8's Peninsula Business Park covers Lower Parel and CoWrks Worli covers the Worli/Lower Parel belt. These are the finance and corporate addresses, and published prices here sit at the top of each operator's range.
Thane and Navi Mumbai: the outer options
Innov8 lists Kalpataru Prime in Thane and Q Parc in Navi Mumbai. Neither 91springboard nor CoWrks lists a centre in these areas on the pages checked. If your team lives along the central or harbour lines, these two centres are the published options from these three operators.

Published centre lists change, and an address on a page is not proof of seats. Confirm that the exact centre is operating and has the seat type you need before signing anything. Ask about transport in both directions: Andheri East and BKC are road- and metro-oriented, while Thane and Navi Mumbai hinge on the suburban rail. None of the three pages states which centres operate around the clock, so confirm hours if you work outside the standard day.
