Coworking costs in Quezon City: what operators publish, product by product

Hourly and day passes: from 89 PHP an hour

Clock In Vertis North publishes the cheapest entry of the operators checked: 89 PHP per hour, or 550 PHP for the day, both exclusive of VAT, during Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30. Loft Spaces charges 130 PHP an hour, 400 PHP for a half day and 550 PHP for a full day during 8:00 to 18:00. Virspacio in Eastwood prices a four-hour half day at 400 PHP and a ten-hour full day at 599 PHP, with a student full day at 500 PHP.

Monthly seats: from 6,000 PHP

Clock In's monthly coworking seat costs 6,000 PHP exclusive of VAT, with lease terms requiring one month advance for shorter stays and deposits for longer ones. Virspacio sells a ten-visits-per-month bundle at 3,499 PHP - an effective 350 PHP per ten-hour visit, the cheapest effective daily rate of the operators checked if you use all ten. Virspacio's page also lists a 5,999 PHP tier, but its label was unclear on the page checked.

What is included

Clock In's seat includes high-speed internet, utilities, pantry access and common areas, plus ten Passport credits usable at other Clock In locations. Virspacio's passes include the shared-office amenities of its Eastwood floor. Loft's day pass covers its coworking spaces across four metro locations, with a night pass for group bookings at Ortigas. None of the three publishes meeting-room day rates on the pages checked.

What the headline price leaves out

Tax and hours reshape the comparison: Clock In's prices exclude VAT, while Virspacio and Loft do not state tax treatment - so Clock In's 550 PHP day will cost more at checkout. Hours bought differ too: Virspacio's full day is ten hours, Loft's is 8:00 to 18:00, Clock In's is 8:30 to 17:30. No weekend access is published for these locations, except Loft's Ortigas Saturdays.

Before you pay

If you average three or more visits a week, compare Clock In's 6,000 PHP monthly seat and Virspacio's 3,499 PHP ten-visit bundle against day passes before paying per day. Clock In's free day pass promotion is the cheapest published way to test its Vertis North space. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
