Coworking costs in Belgrade: what operators publish, product by product

Day passes: from 12 EUR plus VAT

The Office Belgrade sells the lowest published day of the operators checked: day passes from 12 EUR plus VAT at its Vračar space. Nova Iskra charges 15 EUR plus VAT for a drop-in day at both its Trg (24/7) and Savamala (weekdays 9:00 to 20:00) locations. Impact Hub Belgrade does not publish a single-day price - its monthly plans are the entry product, though the site promotes a free day pass offer worth asking about.

Monthly plans: from 10,620 RSD

Impact Hub Belgrade publishes the lowest monthly figure of the operators checked at 10,620 RSD per person per month, with mid and top plans at 17,700 and 42,480 RSD - the top plan bundles 150 co-working hours and a 450 EUR monthly meeting-room voucher. Nova Iskra's hot desk costs 120 EUR plus VAT for ten days a month at Savamala or 140 EUR plus VAT at Trg, with a dedicated desk at 200 EUR plus VAT per month. The Office Belgrade's monthly coworking starts from 140 EUR plus VAT with 24/7 smart-card access.

Meeting rooms and extras

Impact Hub builds meeting-room value into its plans: vouchers of 120, 240 and 450 EUR per month across the three tiers. Nova Iskra sells a virtual office at 50 EUR plus VAT per month alongside its desk products. The Office Belgrade includes reception support during business hours for guests and deliveries. None of the three pages checked publishes standalone meeting-room hourly rates.

What the headline price leaves out

All EUR prices at The Office and Nova Iskra exclude VAT (PDV), while Impact Hub's RSD figures do not state tax treatment on the page checked. Access hours differ by location even within one operator: Nova Iskra Trg runs 24/7 while Savamala closes at 20:00 on weekdays. Impact Hub's per-hour framing (from about 2 EUR per hour on the entry plan) reflects its hours-based plans, not a walk-in hourly product.

Before you pay

For occasional days, Nova Iskra's 15 EUR drop-in and The Office's 12 EUR day pass keep commitment at zero of the operators checked. If you also need meeting rooms regularly, Impact Hub's bundled vouchers can offset the higher monthly sticker. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
