Where to cowork in Nis: the compact centre and its creative hubs

The centre: Deli

Deli sits in the strict centre of Nis at Davidova 2, next to the Sinagoga gallery, and doubles as an alternative cultural centre for the city's creative scene. It prices a day at 10 EUR and a week at 40 EUR, with partner-supported subsidised rates, and wraps membership in a mentoring programme for people in their first year of business.

Kraljevica Marka: Centrala Hub

Centrala Hub occupies the third floor of one of the oldest buildings in Nis at Kraljevica Marka 23, in the courtyard of the former Monopol factory about ten minutes on foot from the centre. It sells a daily pass at 1,400 RSD and monthly coworking memberships from 5,850 to 22,200 RSD, plus private offices of around 20 m2 with 24/7 access for small teams.

Ucitelj Tasina: Space Station HUB

Space Station HUB at Ucitelj Tasina 20, in the inner centre, sells a daily pass at 13 EUR with daytime access to its open coworking area from 9 AM to 5 PM. The hub runs a busy public events programme, including regular tech meetups.

Choose your first visit

Deli's 10 EUR day is the cheapest published rate in the city and puts you in the strict centre. Space Station's 13 EUR pass suits a structured 9-to-5 day near the same streets. Centrala Hub's 1,400 RSD pass (roughly 12 EUR) buys the most distinctive setting, and its monthly tiers are the only published monthly coworking prices in Nis right now.

Read the fine print

Deli's rates are subsidised through partner programmes, so confirm eligibility when booking. Centrala publishes its prices in RSD while Deli and Space Station price in EUR, so compare like for like. All three sit within a short walk of each other in the centre, which makes trial days easy to stack.
