Monthly subscriptions: from 1,516 TL

Kolektif House's Nomad ladder starts from 1,516 TL a month for four days of access (Basic), rising to 3,566 TL for ten days (Standard) and 5,515 TL for unlimited use (Pro), all usable across its locations. Workhaus's Coworker plan starts from 7,500 TL a month and its Resident plan from 8,500 TL a month with a fixed desk, both including a 20 percent meeting-room discount. The Kolektif entry prices are capped-day products, so heavy users should compare Nomad Pro against Workhaus's unlimited Coworker tier.

Private offices and hourly options

Ofis Voyvoda's private office day pass at 5,900 TL suits a small team needing a closed room for a day. Workhaus's Nomad tier at from 400 TL an hour is the only published hourly coworking rate of the operators checked, useful for short stays between meetings.

What the headline price leaves out

Kolektif's from-399 TL daily entry is a starting price, and the final rate can vary by location - the operator's terms note members buy extra entries at list prices via KoPlanet. None of the three operators states on the pages checked whether prices include VAT, and none publishes refund terms for unused day passes.
