Coworking costs in Sofia: what operators publish, product by product

Day passes: 19.99 to 20 EUR

Networking Premium sells the lowest published single day of the operators checked at 19.99 EUR including VAT, with complimentary coffee, tea, beer and wine. betahaus charges 20 EUR for a day pass covering 9:30 to 18:00 with meeting room and phone booth credits, valid at its four Sofia locations. Puzl CowOrKing does not publish a single-day pass; its entry product is a five-day monthly flex bundle from 75 EUR, an effective 15 EUR per day if all five days are used.

Monthly memberships: from 85 EUR

betahaus publishes the lowest monthly figure of the operators checked: 85 EUR a month for seven visits with 24/5 access across four locations, rising to 200 EUR a month for 24/7 open-space access. Networking Premium's Basic plan costs 204 EUR including VAT, its Full Package 224 EUR including VAT with 24/7 at all Bulgarian locations, and its Night-Owl and Weekend plan 108.90 EUR a month for after-hours access from 18:00 on weekdays plus weekends. Puzl's fixed desk starts from 250 EUR a month.

Bundles and off-peak options

Networking Premium sells a weekly pass at 79 EUR including VAT and a 299 EUR three-month package covering 30 days of use within 90 days at its Rakovska HQ, 9:00 to 19:00. betahaus's Light plan effectively bundles seven visits for 85 EUR (about 12.1 EUR per visit). Puzl's 75 EUR flex bundle covers five days per month. For evening-only workers, Networking Premium's 108.90 EUR Night-Owl plan is the only published after-hours product of the operators checked.

What the headline price leaves out

VAT treatment is mixed: Networking Premium quotes including VAT, Puzl shows both EUR and BGN figures, and betahaus does not state whether its prices include VAT - so the 19.99 EUR and 20 EUR day passes may not be as close at checkout as the stickers suggest. Access hours differ just as much: betahaus's day ends at 18:00, Networking Premium's daily pass runs during its staffed day, and true 24/7 access starts at 200 EUR a month (betahaus open space) or 224 EUR (Networking Premium Full Package).

Before you pay

If you work three days a week or less, compare Puzl's 75 EUR five-day bundle and betahaus's 85 EUR seven-visit Light plan before buying day passes - both beat repeated 20 EUR days. betahaus offers a free trial day for testing. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
