Where to cowork in Sofia: Slaveykov, Gurko Street and Cherni Vrah

Four locations: betahaus

betahaus runs four Sofia spaces - Slaveykov, Shipka, ABC and Sofia Tower - and sells a day pass at 20 EUR with access from 9:30 to 18:00, including meeting room and phone booth credits. Its Light plan costs 85 EUR a month for seven visits with 24/5 access across all four locations, an open-space membership costs 200 EUR a month with 24/7 access, and private offices start from 250 EUR a month per person. You can book a free trial day.

Gurko Street: Networking Premium

Networking Premium, with its Gurko Panorama space overlooking the city center, sells a daily pass at 19.99 EUR including VAT, with complimentary coffee, tea, beer and wine. A weekly pass costs 79 EUR including VAT. Monthly plans run 204 EUR including VAT for the Basic plan and 224 EUR including VAT for the Full Package with 24/7 access to all its Bulgarian locations; a Night-Owl and Weekend plan costs 108.90 EUR a month for access from 18:00 on weekdays and all weekend.

Cherni Vrah: Puzl CowOrKing

Puzl CowOrKing, at 47A Cherni Vrah Boulevard, offers a flex desk from 75 EUR (146.69 BGN) for five days per month and a fixed desk from 250 EUR (488.96 BGN) per month. The building houses over 1,000 seats across four floors plus a rooftop. A single-day pass is not published on the pages checked - the five-day flex bundle is the entry product.

Where to look

For the lowest published day price of the operators checked, Networking Premium's 19.99 EUR daily pass edges betahaus's 20 EUR day pass - a one-cent gap that matters less than the included hours (Networking Premium includes evening drinks; betahaus runs 9:30 to 18:00 with meeting room credits). For under-five-days-a-month use, Puzl's 75 EUR five-day flex bundle works out at 15 EUR per day, the cheapest effective daily rate of the operators checked if you can use all five days.

Before you go

Access windows differ: betahaus's day pass covers 9:30 to 18:00, Networking Premium's daily pass includes its social hours, and Puzl's entry product is a five-day monthly bundle, not a single day. VAT treatment is explicit only at Networking Premium (included) and Puzl (prices shown in EUR and BGN); betahaus's page does not state whether its prices include VAT. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
