91springboard: per-hub prices by product tier
91springboard publishes a price table for each Mumbai hub with seats listed. Lotus Star, Andheri East lists a private cabin at ₹13,450, open dedicated at ₹11,200, open flexi at ₹9,400 and part time at ₹7,600. Vikhroli West lists ₹14,000, ₹11,800, ₹9,500 and ₹8,100 across the same tiers. Lighthall in Hiranandani Business Park, Powai lists ₹15,550, ₹13,100, ₹10,500 and ₹9,000. Two cautions: the page does not state the billing period next to the prices, and 91springboard's FAQ says membership fees carry an additional GST as applicable, so the listed figures are pre-GST.
Innov8: per-centre prices across eight districts
Innov8's Mumbai page publishes a fixed desk and private cabin price per month for each centre. In Andheri East: Solitaire Corporate Park at ₹16,999 and ₹19,999, Boston House at ₹15,999 and ₹17,999, the two Times Square centres at ₹16,999 and ₹19,999, the three Pan Infotech centres at ₹14,999 and ₹15,999, Innov8 House at ₹21,999 and ₹24,999, Ackruti Star at ₹11,000 and ₹12,000, and Trade Star at ₹16,000 and ₹18,000. Elsewhere: R City, Ghatkopar at ₹11,000 and ₹12,999, Q Parc, Navi Mumbai at ₹9,999 and ₹11,999, BKC Naman Chambers at ₹24,999 and ₹29,999, and Parinee Crescanzo, BKC with a private cabin at ₹29,999. Its FAQ adds day passes from ₹399, hot desks from ₹6,399 per month, and private cabins starting at ₹9,099 per month for a 3-seater in Andheri East. The page does not state whether GST is included.
WeWork India: a national membership that includes Mumbai
WeWork India's All Access page lists a monthly coworking membership valid across cities: All Access Basic, covering 25 locations across India, at ₹11,999 per month, shown reduced to ₹10,199 per month with a flat 15% off offer, and a tier covering 55 or more locations at ₹16,999 per month reduced to ₹14,449 per month. The page notes its data is as of March 31, 2026, and the starred prices depend on the offer, so check which price applies when you sign up. The page does not state whether GST is included.
What the headline price leaves out
GST is the first gap: 91springboard states it comes on top, and Innov8 and WeWork do not state their treatment on the pages checked. The second is the billing period: 91springboard's tables do not state one, while Innov8 states its prices are monthly. The third is geography: the same product name ranges from ₹9,999 in Navi Mumbai to ₹24,999 in BKC at Innov8 alone, so the exact centre belongs in any comparison. Lock-in, deposit and notice terms are not published on the pages checked.
Before you pay
Get the tax-inclusive monthly figure for the exact centre and seat type in writing. Confirm the billing period and minimum term behind any published price. Ask what meeting-room hours, printing and after-hours access cost on top. If an offer price drew you in, ask what the price becomes after the offer. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
