Kalyani Nagar and Viman Nagar anchor the eastern corridor along Nagar Road, close to Pune International Airport. Yerwada, inside Creaticity Mall, adds a central-eastern option. Baner: the western corridor
All three operators checked hold Baner. 91springboard's Baner hub sits along NH-48. Innov8 lists Galaxy Ambrosia, describing Baner as the intersection of the city's IT corridor and its lifestyle district, serving businesses drawing talent from Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Aundh and the western suburbs. CoWrks lists COWRKS Icon in Baner with a published capacity of 678 desks. If your team lives in the western suburbs, Baner is where the most published options concentrate.
Kalyani Nagar and Viman Nagar: the eastern corridor
Innov8 lists Suman Business Park in Kalyani Nagar, described as close to the city's financial, legal and corporate hubs, and Ganga Trueno in Viman Nagar on the Nagar Road corridor, close to Pune International Airport. Innov8's value-first brand Workflo lists Icon Tower, which the page describes as a Kalyani Nagar address. This corridor suits client-facing businesses and teams that travel frequently.
Yerwada: the mall-based hub
91springboard's Yerwada hub sits inside Creaticity Mall, with the operator presenting the retail, dining and entertainment access as part of the workday offer. It is the only centre among the pages checked that anchors a mall, which makes it a distinct proposition from the business-park addresses.
Before you shortlist
Published centre lists change, and an address on a page is not proof of seats. Confirm that the exact centre is operating and has the seat type you need before signing anything. Pune's corridors are far enough apart that crossing the city daily is a real cost, so check the commute at the hours you will actually travel.
