Regus: per-product floors across 31 locations
Regus publishes starting prices for each coworking product in Manila: a dedicated coworking desk from Php 240 per person per day, day coworking from Php 950 per day, a coworking access plan from Php 300 per person per day, and hourly coworking from Php 119 per person per hour. Private offices start from Php 250 per person per day. These are floors across a 31-location network that spans Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Eastwood and the old city, so the centre you actually want will quote its own figure. The page does not state whether VAT is included.
Common Ground: monthly memberships by seat type
Common Ground publishes monthly prices by product for its Philippine locations: a hot desk from PHP 3,800 per seat per month (any seat in a hot-desking zone at any location), a fixed desk from PHP 9,000 per seat per month, a private office from PHP 12,000 per seat per month, and a virtual office from PHP 3,000 per month. The hot-desk price works out at roughly sixteen of Regus's published daily-desk floors, so the break-even against day rates comes quickly for regular users. The page does not state whether VAT is included or what minimum term applies.
KMC Solutions: scale without published prices
KMC Solutions publishes scale rather than prices: 36 locations, 25,000+ seats and 450 private offices across the Philippines and Colombia, with coworking desks, small private offices from three to 25 people, office suites and full floors. Its pages invite an enquiry rather than quoting a rate, so any KMC comparison happens after a conversation, not from the page.
What the headline price leaves out
Tax is the first gap: none of the pages checked states whether VAT is included, and the Philippines levies 12% VAT, so the quoted figures may not be the invoice figures. The second is the word "from": both priced operators publish floors - Regus across 31 locations, Common Ground from a starting seat price. The third is term: Common Ground's prices are monthly but the pages do not state the minimum contract, and lock-in, deposit and notice terms are not published anywhere checked.
Before you pay
Get the VAT-inclusive monthly figure for the exact centre and seat type in writing. If you will work three or more days a week, compare a monthly membership against stacked day passes before assuming daily is cheaper. Ask what meeting-room hours, printing and after-hours access cost on top. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
