Operator sources checked 2026-10-27 - the short answer, district by district. Not a visit report or a quality ranking.
The short answer
Metro Manila has deep published inventory, spread across its separate business districts rather than one centre: Regus lists 31 locations, KMC Solutions lists 36 locations across the Philippines and Colombia with 25,000+ seats, and Common Ground publishes five open Philippine locations with three more coming soon. Because the metro area is really several cities stitched together, the practical decision is which district - Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Quezon City or the southern corridor - you want your commute to end in.
Makati: the established CBD
All three operators hold Makati. Regus publishes four Makati areas (Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue, Salcedo Village and Legazpi Village) plus centres like The Stiles Enterprise Plaza at Circuit Makati. Common Ground's open Makati location is 8 Rockwell in Rockwell Center, with another Makati site marked coming soon. KMC lists Makati among its cities. This is the district for finance and corporate workdays.
Taguig and BGC: the newer corridor
Bonifacio Global City in Taguig is on every list: Regus names BGC and McKinley Hill among its eight areas, KMC lists BGC as a location city, and Common Ground's Taguig location sits on the 9th floor of the Intellectual Property Center at McKinley Hill. The corridor runs newer buildings and later hours than the old CBD.
Ortigas and Pasig: the middle ground
Regus names Ortigas Center in Pasig among its areas; Common Ground runs two locations in IBP Tower in Ortigas Center (the Penthouse and the 10th floor); KMC lists both Ortigas and Mandaluyong. For teams split between Quezon City and Makati, Ortigas is the compromise district.
Quezon City, the south and the rest of the metro
Regus covers Eastwood City in Quezon City, and Common Ground's Quezon City location is Level 6 of One Felicity Center at Don Antonio. KMC adds Alabang and Pasay in the southern corridor, and Regus publishes Times Plaza in Ermita and Adriatico Square in Malate for the old city. KMC also lists Cebu, Clark and Iloilo for work beyond the capital.
Before you shortlist
Published centre lists change, and a count on a page is not proof of seats: Common Ground marks its Makati, Pasay and Cebu locations as coming soon, so confirm live availability at the exact centre before signing anything. Metro Manila traffic makes cross-district travel slow, so pick the district before the building. None of the pages checked states opening hours, so confirm hours if you work outside the standard day. The directory is a starting point, not proof of current availability or owner approval.
