Coworking costs in Cluj-Napoca: prices, access and quote conditions

Stables: per-person prices exclude VAT

Stables lists its first shared-seat tier at 209 EUR per month per person, a dedicated desk at 341 EUR per month per person and a private office at 440 EUR per month per person. Its page explicitly says VAT is not included. A private-office figure per person is not the total price of a room for a team.

Meeting hours are part of the Stables ladder

The published tiers include eight, twelve and fifteen meeting-room hours per month per person respectively. All describe 24/7 access, but the seating format and storage differ. Ask how a team pools or books those allowances, whether unused hours expire, and which deposit or notice terms apply. The public plan summary is not the signed agreement.

ClujHub: do not relabel ambiguous entry prices

ClujHub's price page shows 259 EUR per month alongside an entry-selection product, and another product displays a starting 24 EUR with a monthly label. The checked text does not clearly establish the exact attendance allowance or turn that 24 EUR into a day pass. Its private-office section states prices from 250 EUR plus VAT per workstation. Request a named plan with attendance days and tax treatment rather than comparing ambiguous labels as equivalent desks.

What to put on a written comparison

Keep per-person versus per-room totals, VAT, access days, desk type, room credits and add-ons separate. ClujHub lists storage or equipment add-ons at 20 EUR each, but their billing period should be confirmed. Ask Stables to confirm the Record Park entrance too. These sources support a careful quote comparison, not a universal cheapest-in-Cluj claim.
