Where to cowork in Cluj-Napoca: Central shopping centre or Record Park, with address and VAT checks

Central: ClujHub

ClujHub lists the third floor of the Central shopping centre at Strada Regele Ferdinand 22-26. Its price page describes shared coworking, meeting access and private-office products. It gives weekday membership hours of 9:00 to 20:00, with a separate resident-lounge schedule. Confirm the plan's actual access rights and the entrance instructions before arriving.

Record Park: Stables

Stables is in Record Park on Onisifor Ghibu Street. Its membership page shows 20A in an address block and 26 in the footer, while the homepage shows 26. These details are not fully aligned. Ask the operator for the exact visitor entrance rather than silently choosing one number. The location itself is a useful Record Park lead, not evidence of two separate branches.

Choose the seat and call setup

Stables distinguishes a shared-seat membership, a dedicated desk and private offices, all with stated 24/7 access and different monthly meeting-room allowances. It lists quiet cells and a phone booth. ClujHub lists meeting-room access and optional desk add-ons. Ask whether private calls require a reservation and which allowance applies to the exact plan you want.

Practical first visit

For Central, confirm access to the third floor and the membership schedule. For Record Park, settle the entrance number first. If you plan to leave equipment, choose a desk product with storage rights rather than assuming hot-desking includes it. The checked sources do not establish vacant desks or a noise-quality ranking.
